Deliveries within New Zealand are shipped via Courier.
Standard shipping and handling costs are vary and will be quoted on purchase.
If you wish to have your order sent overseas, delivery costs will be quoted on a case by case basis.

We guarantee the quality of our petware. We will happily refund any purchase that is damaged or
defective. Please let us know via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange the return
of the item as well as a refund or replacement on items that have NOT been worn.
If you change your mind we will gladly exchange your purchase or offer you Wazzler & Binx credit
Please return the item/s, unworn, in as-new order with all tags attached, within 21 days of purchase.
We cannot refund or exchange customised or sale items.
